Shop At The Village Door, our Vintage & Consignment Shop
Located in Homewood, IL, The Village Door, affectionately called "The Door," was founded shortly after The Center was by a group of friends who wanted to ensure that money was raised in support of the CSC mission. These dedicated women made this thrift store of finer things a reality! The shop is staffed entirely by volunteers, with proceeds from The Door directly supporting our programs for cancer patients and their families. The Door and its incredible “Belles” have been accepting gently used household items, displaying them, and helping customers find that perfect item for more than two decades. Volunteer With Us
We always have volunteer opportunities that will be rewarding for you and helpful to us. Whether you greet participants or help with a special event, serve on one of our ancillary boards or as an outreach ambassador, you will be making a difference. We believe in providing our services wherever cancer patients are fighting to survive. With our hospital/medical partner program, we can work with you to bring critical onsite programs to your cancer survivors and offer support to your professional caregivers, who often experience stress and loss. Make The Center A Part of Your Planned Giving

IRA Charitable Contribution
The IRA Charitable Contribution is available throughout the year to individuals 70½ years of age or older wishing to make a charitable contribution of up to $100,000 directly to The Cancer Support Center from an IRA without paying income tax on the IRA funds.
